The Division of Fire Safety shall investigate any and all violations
of any provision of C.R.S. 24 33.5 1206.5 through 1206.6
or any rule adopted
by the Administrator.
Complaints may be issued against any “person” who violates the provisions
listed above including both certified contractors and certified inspectors.

All forms and complaints are treated confidentially within the Division of Fire Safety; however,
individuals submitting complaints should be aware that such complaints are considered public records
in accordance with the Colorado Public Records Act (CRS 24 72 201 et seq.).
