Public School and Junior College Construction and Inspection Program Board
of Appeals

One of the key elements of House Bill 09-1151 is the expanded role of the Board of Appeals. While the Board of Appeals was previously limited to hearing appeals on code interpretation, under House Bill 09-1151 the Board of Appeals advises the Director in promulgating rules and enacting standards for the Public School Construction and Inspection Section.
